i; Session Booking:

-All modelings sessions must be booked in advance through A Moment Photography.

-Sessions are scheduled based on the review of applications, and selected individuals will be notified of their acceptance.

2; Session Location:

​

-Modeling sessions will take place at the AMP Studio located in Esher, Surrey, unless otherwise agreed upon.

​

3; Attendance and Punctuality:

​

-Models are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.

-Any delays should be communicated to A Moment Photography as soon as possible.

​

4; Digital Images:

​

-All digital images from the modeling session will be provided to the model and their family through a private online gallery.

-Models will receive access to download all high-resolution digital images for personal use only.

-A Moment Photography retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes.

​

5; Siblings and Additional Participants:

​

-Any siblings or additional participants joining the modeling session must be discussed and approved in advance.

-Additional fees may apply for accommodating extra participants.

6; Image Sharing and Promotion:

​

-Models grant A Moment Photography permission to share their model portraits online on the AMP website, social media -platforms, and in promotional materials.

-Models understand that their images may be used in the portfolios of AMP photographers and sponsors.

7; Cancellation and Rescheduling:

​

-In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, models must notify A Moment Photography at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

-Models are kindly requested to inform as early as possible for the rescheduling of sessions to avoid inconveniences.

​

8; Model Conduct:

​

-Models are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the session.

-Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in the termination of the session.

​

9; Liability:

​

-A Moment Photography is not liable for any injury or damages incurred during the modeling session.

​

10; Agreement:

​

-By booking a modeling session with A Moment Photography, the model agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
